Results explained

We look with you at what the company invoiced, spent and earned, and at what changed from the previous period.

  1. Results explained We look with you at what the company invoiced, spent and earned, and at what changed from the previous period.
  2. Costs and margins We split the costs by area or by line of business, so you can see where the margin is made and where it is lost.
  3. Cash flow We set what you are due to receive against what you are due to pay in the coming months, so you know what money you can count on and when.
  4. Decisions on the table Hiring, investing, buying a vehicle, distributing profits: we put the options side by side, with the financial and tax effect of each one.

We help you analyse results, costs, margins and cash flow, so you can weigh your options with concrete information.

We do not take the decision for you: we give you what you need to take it.

How we work with you

Regular support, sized to your business

Regular meetings

We go through the available information with you, answer questions and identify priorities for the business.

Agenda
  • What changed in the numbers
  • Your questions
  • Priorities until the next meeting

Clear information

You get the numbers that matter for running the business, explained in plain language.

The translator

“Increase in the average collection period, with an impact on working capital.”

Your customers are paying later, which is why there is less money in the account.

A link to the accounts

It works best when we keep your accounts, because the information arrives up to date. We also work with the data from your current accountant.

The data flows

Do you need this or financial and tax advisory?

This page

You want support month after month

Regular meetings to read the results, costs, margins and cash flow, and to make day-to-day decisions with up-to-date information. It is ongoing.

The other one

You have a specific decision on the table

If you are going to buy, sell, restructure or bring in a partner, that is an operation with a beginning, a middle and an end, and it belongs in financial and tax advisory.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How is this different from the accounting I already have?

Accounting records what happened and meets the obligations. Management support uses those same numbers to look ahead: how much you can pay for a new hire, which product or service brings margin, whether cash flow can take an investment. It is the difference between receiving the accounts and knowing what to do with them.

From what size does it make sense?

It does not depend on size. It makes sense when you have decisions to take and feel that the numbers you receive are not enough to take them: understanding costs, tracking cash flow, assessing an investment. In the first conversation we work out with you whether that is your case.

What decisions do companies usually bring?

Whether to hire, raising prices, opening a second site, buying equipment, accepting a large client with long payment terms, distributing profits or strengthening cash flow. In all of them the question is the same: what do the numbers say?

What are the meetings like?

We look at the numbers for the period, compare them with the previous period and with what was planned, and leave with the points that deserve attention and the next steps. How often we meet is agreed with you.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. We show you the effect of each option and tell you what we see, but we do not take the decision for you. You know the business, the clients and the risk you are willing to run; we give you the information to decide with confidence.

Do my accounts have to be with you?

It is not compulsory. In the first conversation we tell you what information we need and how we can get it from your accountant.

How much does management support cost?

The fee depends on the company's characteristics and on the support you need. Once we know your situation, we present a proposal to match.
