Help with Portugal's online public services

Your way in to the Portuguese State, handled by us

Before the accounting comes everything else: a NIF (Portuguese tax number), a password for the Tax Authority's online portal (Portal das Finanças), registration of activity, Social Security, and letters in Portuguese with deadlines already running. We handle it for you: we make the request on the right portal, follow the reply and tell you, in your language, when it is settled. No queues and no guessing.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Are these services not free?

Many online public services are free and you can deal with them yourself, if you read Portuguese and already have access to the portals. What you pay Um Vez Dois for is our work: we handle the request for you, from start to finish. When there is a State fee, it is paid separately, directly to the entity.

Can I do everything remotely?

In many cases, yes: you give us the authorisation and the documents, and we do the rest. Some requests require your presence or an authentication that only you can do. We tell you which in the first conversation.

Is it only for companies?

No. We work with private individuals, the self-employed and business owners, whether they live in Portugal or not.

How much does help with the Portuguese State cost?

It depends on the request. We tell you the price before we start, and we only go ahead if you agree.
